I am not interested in someone that blows smoke, pads resumes and can't have fun. Don't tell me that your leadership experience is only in the virtual world. I want someone that can lead and isn't going to give up. Win or Lose.

* Rock it with: CF, CSS, Java, HTML, jquery, sequel server,windows server
* Demonstrate something that you have built that is awesome and want to keep doing it

“Years of experience” don’t explain anything. I care about results, so I’d like to see:

1. Something you’ve built and are proud of
2. Something you’ve built but are not so proud of, and how you need to improve it
3. Something that distinguishes you from the other applicants

The current Meetup website doesn't email the group when you post to the forum, so group members won't see your listing unless they come to the site and notice it. A lot of members just stay informed through the mailing list.
